Who is Scott Baker?

Meet Scott Baker, ABR e-Pro
Realtor

My office is convienantly located just off I-75 in West Chester, Ohio. We have 108 realtors at the West Chester/Tri-County Regional office. As well as being the # 1 Realtor(second year in a row) in my office of 108 agents, you will find that I am knowledgeable in all of the North Cincinnati areas. Not only am I an ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), I am also an e-Pro. An e-Pro Realtor has completed the extensive training program endorsed by the National Association of Realtors. An e-Pro Realtor has the training and expertise needed to assist the consumer in this fast-paced age of technology.

Now that we are past all of that….this is a great business. I have a lot of fun helping my clients buy and sell homes. I work a ton of hours, but when you enjoy what you do, it doesn’t seem like work. So when you need to buy or sell real estate, or are just thinking about buying or selling and just have a question, give me a call or shoot me an e-mail.
Thank you, Scott

ps. please tell others about me, I’m always looking for new business

My finace and I are trying to buy our first home. He is currently renting and his lease expires in July. I am also renting, but am renting from my parents so I can move at anytime (I.E. No lease).
We are both relatively new to the Cincinnati area.

We are interested in a lower priced home even though on paper it seems we qualify for much more than we are willing to pay for a home at this time. Ideally we would be able to purchase a small home, minimum of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms – that is in an area that is expected to grow. We are very interested in the resale value of the home and the area in which we purchase. While we don’t mind putting a little work into our home, we definately don’t want a fixer-upper. We are also VERY interested in properties that have some land attached (by that I mean even .75 acres or 1 acres would be okay).

Really we just need some good advice. I have been thinking about applying for the FHA home loan but we have concerns about the high intrest rates.

So, what is the cost of just coming in to speak with you about our options? Thanks so much.
